Painting is signed in the lower left corner by the artist, Wenig. Style of this piece does not match to the known listed artists with the matching surname. Painting measures 16" wide by 20" tall and is given an ornate green and gold colored wood frame. Total size with frame is roughly 23" by 27" Some staining is visible in the skyline, and some cracking of paint from age can be seen under certain lighting, these are noted in listing photos. Undated, appears mid 20th century.
