British centenary of the telephone wood and brass desk rotary phone. Made in 1976 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the invention of the telephone, phone features natural wood base, working rotary dial, brass phone holder and mouth and earpieces, and shielded wiring. Phone has not been wired to test for function and is sold as a display piece. Two small splits in wood near dial and on back are noted in photos and there is some light tarnish to brass, otherwise phone is in good physical condition.
