Painting is signed and dated in the lower left corner by the artist, dated 2000. Name is difficult to discern. Painting measures 13" tall by 17" long and is given a black and gold colored wood frame. Total size with frame is 17" by 21". Painting is in good condition, frame has some light scuffs.
