Antique 1878 D'Arme De St. Etienne French bayonet with scabbard. French made steel rifle bayonet short sword with wood and brass handle, and rifle attachment slot. Date and regiment noted on side of bayonet. Serial number 89077 noted on both bayonet and scabbard. Blade measures 21" long, total size measures 26" long. Blade has some light tarnish to blade and light wear to handle, overall bayonet is in very good condition.
